1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and rworld99 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs your use of the rworld99 website, including all services, games, deposit facilities, withdrawals and related communications.
By registering, accessing or using any part of the rworld99 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Account Registration and Management
rworld99 account registration is open to individuals who meet the following requirements: at least 21 years of age at the date of registration, not a citizen or resident of a region that prohibits online gambling, and not previously banned by rworld99.
- Each individual is only allowed to register and hold one (1) active account at any time.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete at all times.
- The username and password are entirely the member's responsibility to keep confidential.
- rworld99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or equivalent document at any stage.
- Use of the account by another person or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
⚠️ Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all accounts involved being terminated and any funds held in them being forfeited.
rworld99 has the absolute right to reject any registration application from any individual without providing a reason. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.
3. Deposits and Payment Methods
rworld99 accepts a variety of deposit methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure and encrypted payment channels. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. Deposited funds will be credited into the member's account after successful payment confirmation.
All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the same member. rworld99 reserves the right to decline deposits where the sender's identity cannot be verified.
rworld99 is not responsible for any payment delays arising from technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers. Should such issues occur, members are encouraged to contact our customer support team promptly.
4. Withdrawals
rworld99 members may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements and completion of identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM50.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. This period may vary depending on system load, internal review requirements or the withdrawal method chosen.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet as the last deposit method used, subject to current policy.
- rworld99 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
- Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
- Withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be held pending further investigation.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme
rworld99 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. The Welcome Bonus gives 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
As a calculated example: a member who deposits RM100 will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement that must be met is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus received is RM300, resulting in a balance of RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
Bonuses cannot be used simultaneously with other promotions unless stated otherwise. rworld99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
The rworld99 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1% and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression through VIP tiers depends on a member's level of activity and loyalty. Any misuse of the promotions programme in any form will result in account termination.
6. Acceptable User Conduct
All rworld99 members are required to behave in a courteous, honest and responsible manner while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or account termination:
- Use of bots, automation scripts or cheating tools in any form.
- Collusion or cooperation with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
- Registering with false information or stealing another party's identity.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activities.
- Threatening, abusing or harassing customer support staff or other members.
rworld99 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious behaviour. Any findings of unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities where necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the rworld99 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, interface layouts, software code, domain names and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of rworld99 or its licensors. All copyright in this content is fully reserved.
Members are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify or use any part of this platform's content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from rworld99. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial access only.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
rworld99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, even if rworld99 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
The rworld99 platform is provided "as is" and rworld99 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or inaccuracies. That said, we are committed to ensuring the best user experience and addressing any technical issues promptly.
Gambling involves real financial risk. Members are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. rworld99 encourages responsible gambling and provides self-control tools to help members manage their usage.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
rworld99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that threatens the integrity of the platform.
Members may also request the closure of their own account by contacting the rworld99 customer support team. Before account closure, all active wagering requirements linked to received bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited.
In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, rworld99 reserves the right to hold the balance in the account concerned until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no fraud, the valid balance will be returned to the member via an appropriate method.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
rworld99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
It is the member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the rworld99 platform after any amendment is published will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
The date of the latest version of these terms is shown at the top of this document. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact customer support for assistance with closing your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where rworld99 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
